  The 25 step Miss ION word solidifier

Well it’s been a while since I had a break through been practicing with  what I call Miss Ions  It’s like a mission in your head but you make an agreement with a way to repeat a phrase 25 times and a 26th to confirm the 25 times.. otherwise the phrase isn’t uttered. (It replaces your old utterance of the word almost immediately.)

This insures the process of the use of the word is keep non surprising and can be oriented easier in the mind..





Typically you say the phrase 25 times and then a 26th  the 26th gets omitted for its counting and status bar properties..



The idea is to create a small status bar inside every repeat so the one ahead of it reports it existing. this helps insure the habit.   the way it gets started is with a starter phrase "Say IT."



Also done a number of times with the same system. as we add more and more preparation phrases like now do i say it? 



and thing featured to day 



and deciding what to talk about.



The more we travel backwards to another set..



The word thus on the final end gets stronger and stronger.



It takes some coaching but its a great tool for making words  unable to be mixed up with Freudian slips which mess peoples memory up with accidental crossovers and fear of saying concepts.
