1st step make sure you can rely on 500 phrases by placing conditions to be known as true. when questioned  answers must be readily accepted are their 500 answers or listings? a graphical memory of 500 numbers in a row will satisfy this. Here is one for 10 lines 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Next challenge the memory to allow a graphical representation of each line  being spelled out in long hand penmanship or spelling 1.One 2.Two 3.Three 4.Four 5.Five 6.Six 7.Seven 8.Eight 9.Nine 10.Ten Now articulate the message a bit (Your still showing capabilities to hold onto many messages  at once in numbers that are high). 1.One is the number on this line. 2.Two is the number on this line 3.Three is the number on this line. 4.Four is the number on this line. 5.Five is the number on this line. 6.Six is the number on this line. 7.Seven is the number on this line. 8.Eight is the number on this line. 9.Nine is the number on this line. 10.Ten is the number on this line. etc etc etc keep going till -500. Five Hundred is the number on this line. You've just proven to yourself that in fact you can rely on 500 separate phrases being held in memory at once. 1.One is the number on this line using the one word. 2.Two is the number on this line using the two word. 3.Three is the number on this line waking you up to three lines. 4.Four is the number on this line showing four lines. 5.Five is the number on this line favoring five and script. 6.Six is the number on this line illuminating a use of six. 7.Seven is the number on this line making it possible. 8.Eight is the number on this line that defines a way to make Eight. 9.Nine is the number on this line that defines a number 9. 10.Ten is the number being used to make a different use . 500. Five hundred is the number used on this line showing 500 different phrases.. You've just proven you can know an entire 500 different ways to present a phrase in English.. Now add to the phrases the need to make one up at a time that hasnt been  thought of or used yet. Make a list in your brain to 500 of these originates until you run out of combinations. Since the phrases can be made longer as to make them a little bit different .. This should make it easier to make many more originates. Now allow the phrases to be paragraphs.. Multiple phrases combined and making sense in English. The rules are Capitols at the beginning of every phrase  a period a question mark or an exclamation point at the end of the phrases. All phrases must make sense to the reader. When you finally have 500 phrases all about the same subject main line call the main line the cargo area. Allow more than 50 authors Personalities  ( you pretending to be these people) to do the same thing and learn to make phrases in their own unique style just to break up the monotony. work with signatures at first and work your way into making the fonts special only  to your personalities.  By making them all spell their words one letter  at a time with a signature on each letter identifying their own sense of style  this method helps to fight confirmation bias and insures a more robust second opinion database.  You can use howdy partner script  to bring them to life. when they all can make 500 phrases describing themselves then you can have them do step by step mental studies without your help. insure your personalities can be counted on to make good judgements in real life. Even if you don't the  overwhelming sensation of not being able to get anything by anyone will keep an even keel to your group of authors. Make them make a copy of each of their phrases and join together a 250,000 phrase grouping for everyone to use for talking. simply by saying x personality has a copy of this text by making another list including their names in the lines of text  they will copy these phrases and use them for speaking back and forth to each other how?  commit all 500 part lists to be posted on a number everyone has in common.. in my system this number is 405 so I would require all to dedicate a special number copy of them who naturally reads these works to the populous and educates these facts. The brain figures it all out.. but to have real hard core confirmation of facts that 500 phrases were delivered you need to have a flow chart system that is built to send the user or personality back to start should their be no cooperation on the said part of the machined thought. So nothing happens till it does then log and move  forward adding the  event to the list of conditions satisfied. For example a flow chart instructional would sound like this make personality make a number1... wait... has personality made a number1 yet? no. Make personality make number 1 and really keep going until you have results. Once personality has made a number 1 record it and go on to  the next line of instructions Make personality make a number 2 Wait... Has personality made a number1? yes Has personality made a number2?  if yes continue.. if no go back to instructional where the line of text orders you to make personality make a number 2 use this method for number3 number 4 number 5 etc etc. till you get to 500. Add phrases for it to use. Now I know I can make 500 phrases easily. Neurons are very curious.. so capitulation is almost guaranteed. Once a feel for it is found and a dependence on it working is found start to refer to it as something you can both recognize in this case a 500 part list. Eventually you will be able to say make a  500 part list about  ... dogs, cats horses, nature,weather, cars etc.  Later, use this list as a shining beacon of truth. By comparing the truth to it it will build  strength. You are ultra and  your instructor is alpha.  all this tranfer ruling and retaining of data makes for more retaining of a data.  Leaves no room for forgetting. each letter number character has this marker on it and a loyalty number  Using my SSN is the way I maintain mine. They keep a database of these letters in their profiles to use to spell with.
