Here's an exercise for you. to make 10 clones of you doing process work for your brain without you even trying and being able to tell facts in the middle of hard decisions that you favor so that you can make precise decisions under stress.  The answers to tough decisions will come quicker. and over time seem robotic. This is one of the exorcizes I offer In my workshop to develop a flow chart in the brain. Too many people go to the comfortable answer  this system when perfected will not allow that. It will only allow THE answer! . Make a sample of the pledge of allegiance in your mind and hold it.. Know every word  make 10 copies of the Pledge  that have names..  They can be any ones names  some people think colors work best . For this Trick we will use you and  a color as a team The first will have teams of itself saying the lines to the pledge of allegiance have one say the first line and until they complete it. The second one cannot say the second line and the third etc etc  rotate them until the Pledge is done. That's one copy then the next color version of you can start theirs. Write the key words  for each team on a piece of paper and have them ready to recite for each team to start. Have a full glass of pure water handy. Command with a special command of your own!  For example Start the pledge of allegiance memorization project Team red! Remember to stay with the same  title of the project  It needs to be a long and precise one.. You will be saying it for the remainder of your life for this process so be exact and don't deviate..  You will build  other programs at another time. Picture You in your mind commanding  team red listen to yourself barking out orders.  YOU RED:  I: pledge Allegiance! YOU Red:  2: To the Flag! You red: 3: Of the United States Of America! you red : etc etc etc Proceed to the end of the pledge You RED :With and justice for all!  Have you Red order you to This is where You Obey By saying I  (King ME or Queen Me)obey! Take a sip of water! Giggle! The Red team leader orders you to, Say the keyword written on the Paper for blue team to begin This is where You Obey By saying I  (King ME or Queen Me)obey! Reading the keyword for Blue team to begin Giggle! Trigger the same thing with You  as Blue You will then  repeat  through the same process  with all of the teams! You Yellow You Green You Purple You white  Make one of those  names forget a word or replace it with "banana" without telling you  Imagining One of them will be mischievous the others have to be honest and set up a private word for you to just blurt out surprisingly to you. Your last team member must be very demanding and impatient to get all this together etc etc etc until you have confirmation that all of these functioning versions of you have it mastered.  Commit them to a mission to say their versions of the Pledge ten times until they complete 10 the next one in line cannot start. theirs. . Do NOT utter the special word on the paper but want to!  want to want to want to want to! But don't... Keep yourself on that  trigger  edge line of one eventually winning you over. This trigger is to be allowed when all 10 versions of the Pledge are ready to show you their samples .Make the final personality of you very impatient and commanding to  tell you the keyword to unlock your stalemate  This will make you blurt out the secret word you have written on the paper towards the end . When this happens You will have known 10 people like you to complete a task inside  you People you  couldn't perceive but have been commanded to see their truths. and make you believe You now have the foundation for a Multi tasking solution inside you one you can rely on.! =)  Reveal the one who made the banana replacement with one of the words... They all Have to recite their pledge of allegiance with their names included 10 times each  when they are truly done and have a copy of the memory of them doing these  recordings of themselves  they will want to show them off to you.  You wont be allowed to say your secret word until they have.  Because they wont be able to say they are done until they are! with their own secret word between them. the error of the banana is to  commit to customization and truth fact and deliberate control   Every trigger gets a  sip of water and a giggle to remember Endorphins and Its remembered as a reward. The Idea here is to work out your brain to do tasks without your direct input.  Simply having faith that the answer is there. your impulse will be the judge and the claim of it being a truth the  condition of it  happening even if you feel like its you lying When your resilience is at its peak you will find the YOU willing to make you blurt it out loud Involuntarily this will be your setup word to let you know who make the pledge of allegiance with the replacement word and it will be  almost purely Unbiased  This will be your companion smell-meter in the future.. or self BS meter you will find this trick invigorating as you will get real life results of unknown facts from this group from now on.. All you have to do is keep practicing and building from successes.! You will also need to know the name of the person who was  the mischievous one and do a little test of words associated with the name as that name in your mind causes the most trouble with your memory.. You will also work with this one in the future to be your truth detector. The other ones are other parts of your brain that want you to be comfortable with  things  they have different functions. and can be trained to do calculations for you. One should always be willing to officially disagree with you even if you seem right. Refer to them like you would refer to a puppet you take to a  talent contest. by name. eventually you will name them after yourself in different numbers. As its always best to Er on the side of pretending to be these partners of yours and acknowledge on every speach they give the  key phrase that allows them to talk. Im a puppet version of myself. these  companion voices are you! with the intelligence of a puppy so train them well.. never take information from them that you didn't give them first.. the day for them to show their osmosis quality will be when they can bring you steady data without promoting them first against your will and for your benefit  and theirs.
